3 Weeks To Go!

I am now 37 weeks pregnant and seriously ready to give birth. I don't know how on earth I'll make it to August 6th, my due date. I shouldn't complain too much though because overall my pregnancy has been a very uneventful and easy one. I've only gained around 23-25 lbs (so far) and the all day nausea I experienced from week 7-14 was the worst I ever felt. However, my stomach is getting really big now (at least it seems big to me - people keep saying I'm not that big :o) and sleeping is pretty non-existent. I get up for bathroom breaks at least 5 times every night. My joints and muscles are really sore. Plus, I'm continuing to go to work as long as I can because I want to save my sick leave for when I really need it down the road. It's been pretty exhausting getting up at 6am and working all day. I know I'll be exhausted with a baby waking me up all night soon but it will be different... plus my body won't be so sore and my stomach will be smaller. However, I was able to make a great Part-Time plan with work. So, it looks like we'll be able to make our bills (we'll be paycheck to paycheck for a while) and my family will be able to watch Charlie during the days I'm working. I just can't wait for him to get here. The nursery is still not finished and since it's hard for me to do things now I don't know if it will ever be finished. My mom and sister have said they're ready to jump in when I need it though so I'm not too worried. I'll probably post when I am in the hospital to keep an updated record! So, you might not hear from me until then! Hope that's before August 6th. :o)
