My last post I talked about how we were trying to sell our condo. Well, after several "almost in the bag" deals with people who made offers but then changed their minds... we decided to take it off the market. Instead of selling we're now trying to refinance! And we think we might have a good deal going with our current bank. I'm praying that it works out because it would lower our monthly payments by a couple of hundred dollars. That way we could start saving more like we had hoped by living in an apartment... but by staying put in our adorable little condo! Plus, Keith is now tenure at Brighton and is expecting to get a little pay bump in the future... So, on all fronts, things are good. God seems to always have a plan for us. I know I bucked every belief that this was true... I hung onto my plan and just struggled and struggled when things went wrong. I am truly thankful for what has been happening. Also, even though our condo is small, we think we still might be able to start a family there! We've already been de-cluttering (mainly extra furniture we don't need) and I just recently painted our bedroom a beautiful deep turquoise/blue! What a jumble of AWESOME! Okay, this entry started all organized and well thought out and is ending like an endless rant of random thoughts! What a reflection of my mind :o) hahaa! Back to the condo. I'm falling in love with it all over again. Aahhh, bring on Autumn!
